2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the website, including but not limited to: Köcher logo, product designs, X-Nano technology images, source code, in-depth articles, and certifications (VDE, EN 60335) are owned by Köcher or strategic partners such as E.G.O (Germany) and EuroKera (France).

  • You are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use for commercial purposes without written consent from Köcher.
  • Any copyright infringement will be handled according to the provisions of Vietnamese Intellectual Property Law.

3. Website Usage Regulations

You commit to using the website for the purpose of seeking product information and activating legitimate after-sales services. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software or viruses to sabotage or disrupt the operation of Köcher’s server system.
  • Impersonating Köcher employees or authorized agents to deceive customer information.
  • Posting content that violates the law or social ethics in the comments or product reviews.

4. Accounts and Electronic Warranty

When registering for electronic warranty information or dealer accounts:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information (Phone number, Product Serial Number). The deadline for activating the electronic warranty is within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Köcher will refuse free warranty for cases where the electronic label is not activated or activated after 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • You can register for warranty in 3 ways:
    • Method 1: Scratch off the silver coating, use camera/Zalo to scan the QR code to access qcheck.vn, fill in the information and update.
    • Method 2: Scratch off the silver coating on the electronic label and send an SMS message in the format: CK<space> SMS CODE to 8077.
    • Method 3: Call to notify via KOCHER hotline 0969 622 066

5. Product Information and Pricing

  • Accuracy: Köcher strives to provide the most accurate specifications. However, actual images may have slight color differences due to screen resolution or lighting.
  • Listed Price: The price displayed on the website is the suggested retail price. The actual price at authorized dealers in 34 provinces may be lower depending on promotional programs.
  • Product Availability: Some products, such as fully imported stoves, may temporarily be out of stock due to international shipping schedules. Köcher will notify the specific delivery schedule upon request.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Köcher is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website or due to network transmission errors on the user’s side.
  • The website may contain links to third-party websites (such as shipping partners …). Köcher does not control the content and is not responsible for the privacy policies of these sites.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to the use of this website will be resolved through negotiation and mediation. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent authority in Hanoi (where Köcher’s transaction office is located) for resolution according to the current laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
