Köcher’s Training 15 in Thanh Hoa – Expanding sales capacity for the North Central market

After a successful training series in several northern provinces, Köcher Training 15 was officially held in Thanh Hoá – one of the dynamic markets where the demand for new home completion and kitchen equipment investment has surged in recent years.
The event marks the next step in enhancing the quality of the distribution system, supporting agents and retailers in the North Central region to operate more effectively during the peak year-end period.

ELEVATING PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE – EQUIPPING MODERN SALES MINDSET

Unlike previous training sessions, Köcher’s Training 15 in Thanh Hoá focused more on modern sales mindset, especially the changes in shopping behavior of young customers and young families in this area.

The training began with an analysis of kitchen equipment selection trends in Thanh Hoá, including the demand for: Durable scratch-resistant induction hobs, energy and water-saving dishwashers, and compact range hoods suitable for townhouses.

PRACTICING SITUATIONAL HANDLING – SIMULATING REALISTIC SCENARIOS IN THANH HOÁ
