Product description

KOCHER LUBECK PRO 4-PIECE COOKWARE SET – ELEGANCE IN EVERY DETAIL, DURABLE FOR YEARS

Before using the Kocher Lubeck Pro cookware set, users should clean it for the first time by mixing one lemon or 20-30ml of rice vinegar with 0.5 liters of water. Depending on the capacity of each pot, customers should consider adjusting the mixture accordingly.

After mixing, turn on the induction hob and boil for 2-3 minutes; when the water boils, turn off the heat, let it cool, and wash thoroughly. This method will help clean the pots effectively and give users more peace of mind when using them.

DURING USE

Do not use the pot at high temperatures for long periods, especially when there is only food or oil in the pot.

Users should season with salt and seasoning powder into the food while the water is boiling and quickly stir. If you season with salt and seasoning powder when it’s cold, the salt will not dissolve completely and will settle at the bottom of the pot, which will affect the inner base of the pot over time.

The 5-piece Kocher Lubeck Pro pot set is suitable for all types of stoves, especially induction cookers. However, do not use the pot in the microwave.

The 5-piece Kocher pot is designed with 4 layers of metal that have excellent heat retention, helping to maximize fuel savings. Therefore, users should not keep the flame high when the food is boiling.

Do not leave food in the pot for more than 5 hours to avoid the phenomenon of food fermenting too long in the pot/pan.

When just finished boiling, customers should note not to pour cold water directly into the pot. Doing so can easily cause thermal shock to the pot, making it difficult to clean.

AFTER USE

Users should use specialized dishwashing liquid to clean stains inside and outside the pot. Especially in areas with rivets and welds on the handle.

When cleaning, use a soft cloth or sponge, absolutely avoid using high-scratch tools to wash the pot. Try to avoid losing the shine of the pot and pan.

If there are yellow stains, users can simply use lemon or vinegar, wipe the dirty area in a circular motion, and the pot will shine like new.

After washing the pot, it should be turned upside down to dry the inside of the cooking area. Do not stack cooking pots on top of each other; they should be hung or placed upside down on a rack.
