On December 10, 2025, Köcher signed a legal cooperation agreement with WonLaw Law Firm. This is an important milestone in the journey of sustainable development, while protecting the legal rights and interests of Köcher, partners, and customers.
In order to protect brand reputation, legal rights, and comply with the law, Köcher officially promotes comprehensive legal activities to strictly handle violations of laws related to intellectual property and unfair competition, including:
⚡ Copying the design of products that have been registered for intellectual property protection and trading in unauthorized derivative products.
⚡ Intentionally damaging the Köcher brand or copying it closely enough to be similar.
⚡ Unauthorized use of brand identity, logo, images, product packaging designs, or labels containing coinciding or similar signs to the extent that they are difficult to distinguish.
⚡ Spreading false information that affects the reputation of the Köcher brand and causes confusion for the dealer system and consumers.
We affirm:
Any violations may lead to legal consequences, including administrative penalties and criminal liability according to the provisions of Vietnamese law. Köcher is proud to be a pioneer in Vietnam bringing German technology into induction cooktops. Köcher is committed to protecting the legal rights of dealers, distributors, and consumers.
