Köcher’s Training 14 in Hanoi – In-depth workshop with the partner system in the Northern region

On November 15th, the kitchen equipment company Köcher successfully organized Köcher’s Training number 14 in the Hanoi area, with the participation of the strategic partner system, agents, and distributors from the northern region.
This is one of the activities in the Series Köcher’s Training – an in-depth training program implemented continuously to enhance sales capacity, product knowledge, and strategic thinking for the entire distribution system.

1. Köcher’s Training 14 – In-depth workshop for kitchen equipment

The training session focused on providing important content to help the sales and distribution team gain a deeper understanding of:

  • Product knowledge: induction hobs, Series X dishwashers, Turbo hoods, along with new technologies.

  • The kitchen equipment market and current consumer behavior.

  • Consultation strategies – handling situations – closing sales at the point of sale.

  • Solutions to optimize sales by season and region.

Köcher’s Training 14 is not just a simple lesson but a comprehensive strategy sharing session, helping the system grasp new directions and more effective working methods during the peak season at the end of the year.

2. The journey of sharing practical experience

Throughout the workshop, the Köcher team provided many practical perspectives, examples at the point of sale, effective customer engagement models, as well as how to apply them in real situations.

Through illustrative exercises and direct exchanges, participants have:

  • Mastered consultation skills based on the actual needs of customers.

  • Learned how to handle common situations when selling: brand comparisons, price hesitations, not understanding technology…
