Last week, the kitchen appliance company Köcher successfully organized the 16th KÖCHER’S TRAINING in Hai Phong. The event continues to be an important step in the journey of accompanying and enhancing the capabilities of the strategic partner system, including electronics supermarkets, agents, and distributors in the northern region.

At the workshop, the partner team was comprehensively updated on Köcher’s key product lines, including the scratch-resistant X-Nano induction cookers, Series X dishwashers, and Turbo X range hoods. This knowledge helps reinforce the confidence of the sales team at the point of sale, while also opening up new approaches in the process of consulting with customers.
In addition to the product updates, the training content also delved into in-depth sales strategies, including how to grasp the actual needs of customers at each stage, appropriate approaches at electronics supermarkets and agents, as well as how to handle common situations during the consulting process. All were presented in a minimalist, straightforward manner that can be immediately applied to real work.
