Re: Support & warranty for products damaged in Typhoon Yagi

In recent days, Typhoon Yagi has caused significant impacts and damages to the people in the northern provinces of our country. To express our understanding and deep sympathy, Köcher would like to announce the support & warranty policy for products damaged by Typhoon No. 3 as follows:

1. Applicable locations: Areas of provinces affected by Typhoon Yagi: Hanoi, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Vinh Phuc, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Lang Son, Bac Kan, Lao Cai, Cao Bang, Ha Giang.
2. Applicable products: Induction hobs, kitchen hoods, dishwashers, ovens, wine cabinets.
3. Applicable policies:
3.1. Support policy for Distributors & Dealers:
– Replacement of standard box covers: Free of charge.
– Cleaning and refreshing products to ensure stable operational conditions: Free of charge.
3.2. Support policy for consumers:

• For products at risk of damage: Free inspection of product condition to detect potential damage and provide timely remedial solutions; Free basic cleaning to ensure the product’s longevity;
• For products with defects:
  + Inspection, travel, and transportation fees (if any): Free;
  + Labor repair fees: Free;
  + Replacement parts (if any): 30% to 50% discount;
• For severely damaged products or those without replacement parts: consultation and support for sale at preferential prices.
