Modern Glass Production Line

Eurokera glass production follows a strict manufacturing process that has achieved ISO14000 certification since 2000. This product is useful in the melting process, can be recycled to protect the environment, and reduces energy consumption by 80% of waste costs.

The production process of K+ glass:

  • The first process requires heating ceramics and glass at high temperatures. Then, it is rolled thin and cooled.
  • Large glass surfaces are cut into shapes for each product.
  • Strict quality checks of the glass are conducted at one of the factories in Château-Thierry, France; Fountain Inn, SC, USA; Guangzhou, China; or Rayong, Thailand.
  • The glass surfaces will be coated to make them shiny, scratch-resistant, dirt-resistant, and thermal shock-resistant.
  • Finally, the glass undergoes a heating process with fire at appropriate temperatures.

Before leaving the factory, all Eurokera glass surfaces will be thoroughly tested according to European standards at Eurokera’s factories. Once the finished glass sheet meets quality standards, it is transferred to the equipment assembly workshop, where technicians will use a high-temperature resistant adhesive for induction cooker glass to securely attach the glass to the cooker frame, creating a completely sealed structure that absolutely prevents water overflow or oil leakage into the underlying circuit system.

Characteristics and Features of Eurokera Glass

Eurokera products offer many features, most notably heat resistance, impact resistance, scratch resistance, and durability over time. Similar to the physical characteristics of high-end Schott Ceran glass induction cookers on the market, this ceramic glass product can withstand thermal shock up to 700 degrees Celsius (1300 degrees Fahrenheit) and the most extreme temperature changes.

What makes EuroKera glass surpass all competitors is the aesthetic appeal that this product brings. K+ glass comes in various colors and designs, with patterns that effectively resist electric sparks, ensuring no harm to the eyes during prolonged use.

With standard technical glazing technology, the glass surface is scratch-resistant, dirt-resistant, and very easy to clean during use.

When applying EuroKera glass on induction cookers, the directional heat transfer feature of the glass helps the heat to spread evenly and focus at the bottom of the pot, without spreading to the surrounding areas, eliminating the risk of burns or electric shocks. This ensures high safety in cooking, quick cooking, and energy and time savings during use.

Practical Applications of Glass

Eurokera and Schott ceran glass are currently the two best ceramic glass products for induction cookers that meet high-quality standards. However, Eurokera has the additional advantage of not only adhering to European production standards but also bringing aesthetic appeal, luxury, and class to any space. Therefore, consumers when choosing to buy in the high-end segment often ask comparative questions about whether Schott Ceran glass induction cookers are durable and if placed on the scales with Eurokera, which is the optimal choice for the family kitchen.
