NOTICE

Dear Customers and Partners!
KÖCHER would like to issue a written notice to all customers and sales agents, in order to ensure the rights of customers as well as agents who are committed and cooperating with KÖCHER up to the present time, with the content as follows:
  • Customers purchasing KÖCHER kitchen appliance products from dealers not listed in the system will not guarantee product quality and simultaneously WILL NOT ENJOY the benefits that KÖCHER reserves for official dealer customers such as warranty and maintenance of that product.
  • For units that have never cooperated, please contact us for consultation and guidance on registering to become an official dealer of KÖCHER. No dumping prices or fake prices to mislead customers, ensuring warranty and maintenance rights for customers; any dealer who violates will be permanently suspended from supply.
